I vote for Quo Vadis planners. They have Clairefontaine paper. It’s hard to get anymore FP Friendly than that. These planners are bound, but if you buy a cover they are refillable.
I have used the Septanote which is the academic year version of the Trinote. As well as the Rhodia Weekly, and the Sapa X.
There are quite a few different planners in the Quo Vadis line, some pocket size and some letter size. There’s bound to be one that suits your needs.
